Who's Who at the Employers Forum on Age?
EFA Team
Catharine Pusey is acting Chief Executive, covering maternity leave for Rachel Krys. She is responsible for leading the strategy, running the membership operation, determining key campaigns and developing the EFA's relationship with Government and the media.
Karen Constantine is the Head of Employer Relations. Karen develops and delivers services and products for members and provides training age and other equality issues. Karen's team ensures that members are at the forefront of the EFA's work.
Alan Beazley is the Advice and Policy Specialist. Alan offers expert advice to EFA members on interpreting the law and delivering age policies. Alan is also responsible for developing policy responses and the Forum's relationship with stakeholders on technical issues.
John Ross is the Business Development Manager. John is responsible for generating membership growth and the sponsorship programme.
Beth Vaughan is the External Marketing and Communications Manager. Beth is responsible for the EFA's PR and Public Affairs programme.

Judith Cork
Judith Cork is an independent consultant specialising in age diversity. She set up her own consultancy in 2002 to concentrate on this area following an extensive career at HBOS Plc.
Judith is a Director of the Barnsley Building Society, a business mentor for the Princes Trust and chair of the Young Enterprise board for West Yorkshire. Clients with the EFA include Co-operative Financial Services, Cummins, and Rolls Royce.

Mike Palmer
Mike is an independent HR consultant with extensive experience in leading and managing HR Departments in blue chip companies.
He is a graduate and FIPD who has for many years played a leading role within the Skills and Employment Working Party on the London Chamber of Commerce. Since May 2001 he has represented the interests of the British Chamber of Commerce on the Government's Age Advisory Group implementing the Anti-Age Discrimination Legislation in October 2006.
EFA clients have included Accord, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Hertfordshire County Council.
Hillary Wiseman
Hilary Wiseman is an independent HR & diversity consultant. She was until June 2005, Head of Diversity for HSBC Bank. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
Hilary is a member of the Learning & Skills Council's Equality & Diversity Committee. She also advised the Commission for Racial Equality on the new Code of Practice. EFA clients have included Merrill Lynch, Immigration & Nationality Directorate and the UK Passport Agency.
