In response to EFA member demand we have developed communication materials to help employers inform their employees about imminent age discrimination laws.
Age Aware materials have been specifically designed to save employers time and provide flexible solutions that will help in communicating a commitment to tackling ageism in the workplace.

The EFA has also created a portfolio of training materials called Being Age Aware which has been designed to support employers in raising awareness of the Age Regulations. The materials include a series of factsheets and exercises to help employees understand ageism and what the new age discrimination laws will mean to them.
