What is e-quality?
e-quality is a pioneering cross strand benchmarking tool from the Employers Forum on Age (EFA) and Employers Forum on Belief (EFB). It has been developed following extensive consultation with leading HR diversity experts from the UK's most forward looking public and private sector organisations.
The summary of the 2010 benchmarking identifies trends in relation to the eleven dimensions of diversity and across six of the protected characteristics defined in the Equality Act 2010. It also identifies key comparisons between the Public and Private sectors.
e-quality:

How does it work?
- e-quality has been developed by leading HR professionals across private and public sector
- e-quality is a Multi Strand Benchmarking Tool: Race, gender, age, religion/belief, sexual orientation and disability
- Is completed online using a simple secure website
- Questions can be forwarded to others in your organisation to complete
- Takes no more than a day to complete but can be filled in over 2 months, saving as you go
- Analyze performance, compare yourself against your peers and be celebrated for being a leading e-quality employer
To avoid duplication, after you have completed the questionnaire once, your data will remain in place so you will only have to change relevant sections if you do it again.
An analysis of the answers will create a detailed report that will inform Diversity Action plans for continuous improvement across all strands.

Who is e-quality for?
Any organisation committed to diversity and wishes to challenge complacency and create an atmosphere of continuous improvement. This tool will provide vital management information and enable you to focus your activity where it is needed and where it will have the most impact.
What does it cost?
e-quality is available to EFA/EFB members for £100 per annum.
The cost for non-members is £500 per annum.
It is free of charge for core members.
How do I obtain e-quality?
Call us on 0845 456 2495 to register and pay by credit card or fill out the below registration form and we will send you an invoice. We're happy to discuss your needs and how e-quality will help you. Once you have decided to take part and we have received your payment you will be sent your username and a password that you will need to complete the questionnaire.
