Description:
This year the Employers Forum on Age (EFA) and the Employers Forum on Belief (EFB) have got together to create a conference that delivers on two fronts. With younger workers hitting the headlines this year, we ask how employers can compete with an ipod in order to make work attractive to the young and then debate with leading employers what has worked for them. And our second shot? We launch the EFB with taster sessions on the key issues (dress codes, religious holidays, the inter-relationship between religious belief and other diversity strands and conflict in the workplace) with a particular focus on challenging the fear factor of managing religion and belief at work.
This event is the main date in both the EFA and EFB calendar and is a must for HR and Diversity directors and specialists.
