Government Consultation on Age Regulations:
'Coming of Age' - 2005
The Government published draft regulations and its final consultation on age laws 'Coming of Age' on the 14th July 2005. The consultation document, a summary and the draft regulations can all be downloaded from the DTI website at www.dti.gov.uk/er/equality/age.
To help employers get up to speed fast, the EFA created a fact sheet called 'Last Chance' summarising key elements of the Government's proposal.

Age Matters Consultation - 2003
In summer 2003 the DTI published its second consultation on age discrimination legislation, 'Age Matters'.
