Who's Who at the Employers Forum on Age

EFA Team


Denise Keating is the Chief Executive. She is responsible for leading the strategy, running the membership operation, determining key campaigns and developing the EFA's relationship with Government and the media.

Alan Beazley is the Advice, Policy & Research Specialist. Alan offers expert advice to EFA members on interpreting the law and delivering age policies. Alan is also responsible for developing policy responses and the Forum's relationship with stakeholders on technical issues.

John Ross is the Business Development Manager. John is responsible for generating membership growth and retaining existing members.

Rachel Krys is the Campaign Director. Rachel is responsible for communications, public affairs, marketing and the EFA campaigns.

Gillian Appleby is the Communications and Events Executive. Gillian is responsible for organising events, marketing and publications.

Berith Aguirre is both PA to Denise and the team and the Administrator. Her role involves supporting the membership and events function of the team.

Executive Steering Committee (ESC)
