Notes to Editors: Top Issue For Under 20s is Their Age - Annual EFA conference addresses the issues that count for young people and employers * Research carried out by Capibus between 25th and 31st January 2008 among 981 UK adults aged 16+. The Employers Forum on Age (EFA) is the leading campaigner on age issues in the workplace. The EFA is a think tank of employers established 11 years ago because they wanted to eradicate ageism in the workplace.
