EFA's age bias free application form
Getting recruitment right is one of the biggest challenges for any employer. Now age discrimination laws are in place, it’s a high risk area. To help employers deliver age neutral recruitment practice the EFA has developed a bias free application form. Attitude Not Age
Attitude not Age reveals that there are four different types of worker whose responses to questions about work, working for longer, expectation of retirement and pension provision vary. By understanding what motivates people at work, employers can not only improve people's working lives but may also be able to influence people's retirement decisions. This report suggests the current 'one-size-fits-all' approach by the Government and employers to tackle working for longer and retirement is ineffective.
